I’ve been hairdressing for 27 years and it’s more than just a job to me, it’s something I’ve genuinely loved doing for most of my life. I was born and raised in Exeter and have lived here all my life, so working with local clients and building long-term relationships has always been a big part of what I do. Over the years I’ve worked with all ages, hair types, and styles, and that experience has taught me that no two clients are ever the same.

I pride myself on offering a personal, relaxed service where people feel comfortable, listened to, and confident they’re in safe hands. Whether it’s a simple cut, a full restyle, colour work, or taking time to understand exactly what someone wants, my focus is always on quality, consistency, and attention to detail. I believe great hair starts with trust and good communication, not rushing appointments.

Later on in my career, I decided to introduce Japanese Head Spa treatments as a natural extension of my work. It felt like the perfect way to combine hair care with deep relaxation and wellbeing. This side of the business has grown really successfully and has been incredibly rewarding, allowing clients to fully switch off while still receiving professional, thoughtful care.

Being based in Exeter has allowed me to build strong connections with my clients, many of whom I’ve looked after for years. I love creating styles and experiences that suit real life, not just trends, and helping people leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and confident. Hairdressing has changed a lot over the years, but my approach has stayed the same, professional, honest, and always client focused.
